Shipping policy

We aim to ship all orders within 24hrs (mon-fri) either from our warehouse or office address. 

Orders are usually dispatched same day (mon-fri) if placing order your before 2pm.

There are now 2 new options for delivery - Royal Mail 24hr tracked or 48hr tracked.

Tracked Service

We use Royal Mail as although other services are cheaper for businesses, we don't mind covering the extra for customers to have peace of mind.

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email notification with a tracking number and you will also get updates from Royal Mail which you can use to see the status of your delivery journey and make any changes.

If selecting Royal Mail 24 please note that they usually deliver the next day (after dispatch) but Royal Mail state it is not guaranteed. 

Unfortunately once the item leaves us then rest of the journey is out of our control but as a small business please be assured everything is done our side to ensure your order is out as quickly as possible because customer satisfaction is a top priority.

PRE-ORDERS

If when placing your order it was for a pre-ordered item it will be dispatched in the time stated within the product description.
